AL-BOX II Plus

Customer can return the product within 3 days of receiving it. The product must be unopened and with the same condition and the customer didn't operate the device yet
The customer will have to pay for Re-stock fee (10% of the product value) and shipping charges(international) must be paid by customer.
Online payments such as debit card, benefit and cash will be refunded as a form of voucher directly to the customer's account.

Refunds can take within 2-3 weeks  unless we receive the product earlier and check it.

pre-order machines client can only do refund on the first 3 days of making a purchase

Once the payment is been received & confirmed device will be delivered within 5-10 business days.
